A multidisciplinary artist, Newham born and raised.
Boxfresh partnered with T and artistic filmmaker Saiya Thomas, to capture his family neighbourhood and communities in East London. We meet his Grandma Dolly where she shares her family photo archive with us, we join a calisthenic session with JC and Marlon, Yumaani and Bea show for an artistic link-up, Donte and Ty are joined by a surprise appearance from Lady Shocker E3 native, before they finish up their journey with eats from Survivor and a night at EartH with Aba Shanti.
Boxfresh is woven into Tyrus’s day already in motion. A portrait of family, community and the everyday moments that fuel his creativity. From spiritual resonance and principles to food and lifestyle choices, all united as one for him. He refers to this within the film as “Livity”.
