Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email

Order Processing

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

  • Orders placed before 9:00am (UK time) on a business day are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 9:00am are dispatched the next business day.

  • All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being received in our system.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

UK Delivery

  • Shipping is free for UK Orders using Evri or Royal Mail Standard delivery

  • Evri or Royal Mail Express shipping available for £8 

  • Shipping options, estimated delivery times and costs are shown clearly at checkout

  • Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched

EU, USA & International Delivery

We ship to the EU, USA and selected international destinations using premium courier services. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • EU: Free standard shipping on orders over £150

  • USA: Free standard shipping on orders over £200

  • Customs duties and import taxes (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
