RETURNS POLICY
UK RETURNS
If you’re based in the United Kingdom, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Under UK consumer law, you also have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging where possible
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We ship to the EU and selected international destinations via premium courier services. If you are based outside the UK:
- You may request a return within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- Any customs duties or import charges paid are non-refundable
Please ensure returned items are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Email support@boxfresh.world with your order number.
- We’ll send you return instructions.
- Send your item back within 14 days of your return being approved.
We recommend using a tracked service. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalised products
- Opened or worn underwear and socks
- Gift cards
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working days

Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos where possible.
Where an item is confirmed as faulty, we will cover reasonable return costs and offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items can be returned unless clearly marked “Final Sale” on the product page.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
For UK customers, this includes your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
